Join us for three FREE zoom training sessions with the support of ASL interpreters for Deaf and hard of hearing adult literacy instructors and tutors in Ontario. Together we will take a closer look at Microsoft 365 applications:

OneDrive and SharePoint help you manage and share your files and folders with others. Together, we will take a deep dive into OneDrive organization and prepare you to manage your files in the cloud, help you differentiate between OneDrive and Sharepoint, and identify when to use online vs desktop versions.
2. Using OneNote to organize content and save time

OneNote is like a digital three ring binder. It can be used to organize your instructional materials, including lesson plans, notes, research, resources, and more. Together, we will explore the layout, how to set up the sections and pages, add content, and share it with others.
3. Using Sway to create and collaborate with others

Sway is a web-based, easy-to-use digital storytelling app that allows you to combine text and media to create slideshows, newsletters, resumes, blogs, web pages, and more. Together, we will take a look at various examples, create/collaborate and use multimedia content, and discuss how you can use Sway to support your student’s creative abilities.
